The Gymnic Physio Roll Peanut Ball has a unique double-ball shaped design that makes it easier to use than a traditional gym ball. Shaped like a peanut, the Physio Roll Peanut ball is easier to balance on as it's movement is limited mostly to forward and back motions, with minimal side to side movement. This provides more control and greater stability during exercise, physiotherapy or rehabilitation exercises.

What size Peanut Ball should I buy?
The sizes you require are determined by the goals and exercises you want to achieve. A simple solution has recently come from Europe (where therapy ball use was invented). Studies have shown that the distance from shoulder tip to finger tip equals the Physio Roll diameter required for that person. When seated on a Physio Roll, hips, knees, and ankles should be flexed to 90°. No matter what size Physio Roll you elect to use, it is important that, when on top, the user’s centre of gravity remains in the middle of a ball end or centered in the concave saddle.
Please note: The Physio Roll is delivered deflated in a box and requires inflation with a pump. Please ensure you use the correct pump to inflate the ball as advised above. If you use the incorrect pump, it may not generate enough pressure to inflate the ball to its maximum diameter. The pump is not included, but a suitable hand pump can be added to your cart as an additional option.
As with any inflatable, this ball should not be used on any surface containing sharp, pointed objects due to the risk of puncture and bursts.
