To choose the correct size- measure the individual's arm length (armpit to finger tips) and order the ball closest to that measurement.

Please note: The ball is shipped deflated. Please ensure you use the correct pump to inflate the ball (correct pump can be purchased in drop down box). If you use the incorrect pump, it may not generate enough pressure to inflate the ball to its maximum diameter.
As with any inflatable, this ball should not be used on any surface containing sharp, pointed objects due to the risk of puncture and bursts.
