The magnetic countdown classroom timer by The Sensory Specialist is the perfect classroom tool to help with time management.

Helpful for tests, assessments or any other time-sensitive activities. The countdown timer is also useful for children who require a visual aid to help with their understanding of time and "how much time is left" for a task.

The 60-minute magnetic timer has a built-in stand so it stand up independently on a desk or table. It's backing is also magnetic, meaning it can easily be attached to your magnetic whiteboard, file cabinet, or any other metal surface in your room.

The timer shows a red disk which indicates the time remaining and includes a ringing bell (3 different volumes to choose from) to clearly define when the allocated time has ended.

Two types available - please note the differences:

Battery Operated - The countdown does not make a noise. Requires 2 x AA batteries (not included). Makes a beeping noise to alert that time is up. Diameter: 18cm
Mechanical - Makes a gentle ticking noise as the timer counts down and a gentle ringing noise when the time is up. No batteries required. Diameter: 16cm

I am so grateful for this product! Magnetic Countdown Classroom Timer

My son just started prep and loved this clock in his teachers classroom. He has difficulty transitioning between tasks and found this really helped at school. We agreed to purchase for home and it’s been fantastic. We use it for everything including cooking meals.
