NeuroCalm™ Swivel Ceiling Mount: a stronger, swivelling mounting point for your NeuroCalm sensory swing.

When you're hanging a sensory swing from the ceiling, the hardware matters. The NeuroCalm™ Swivel Ceiling Mount was designed as a stronger, more versatile mounting solution for families who want a ceiling-mounted swing.

With a higher weight rating, a multi-directional pivot and a 360° swivel, it lets the suspension point move naturally with the swing. This helps create smoother movement and reduces twisting and tangling of the suspension straps. The mount comes with fixings for both timber beams and concrete.

Please note: the mount should be installed into suitable structural framing by a qualified professional, with installation and fixing hardware appropriate for the specific ceiling structure.
  • High-grade steel, supporting up to 150kg
  • Pivot design that allows natural movement
  • 360° swivel to help avoid chain tangle
  • Includes wood screws and concrete expansion bolts
  • Two-point mounting plate designed to fit a standard 2 × 4 ceiling joist when installed in line with the beam
  • Designed for the NeuroCalm Sensory Swing

Built for movement

Unlike a fixed mounting point, the pivot and swivel work together to accommodate movement in multiple directions. Whether your child is gently rocking, swinging side to side or moving more dynamically, the mount is designed to move with them, not fight against the swing.

What's included
  • NeuroCalm™ swivel ceiling mount
  • Wood screws, for fixing into a timber beam
  • Concrete expansion bolts, for fixing into a concrete ceiling

A qualified professional should check that the fixings supplied suit your ceiling structure, and use different hardware if needed.

Designed to fit Australian homes

The two-point mounting plate is designed to align with a standard 2 × 4 ceiling joist when installed in line with the beam. This gives a straightforward and secure mounting configuration when correctly installed.

Every home is different, so a qualified professional should check your ceiling structure and choose the right fixing hardware.

Who it's for
  • Families hanging the NeuroCalm Sensory Swing from an indoor ceiling
  • Schools, therapy rooms and sensory spaces setting up a swing
  • Anyone who wants smoother movement and less twisting of the swing's straps

Hanging the swing from a tree branch or an exposed beam? You won't need this mount.
