How to Place School/Business Orders

We’re here to help you create an inclusive and engaging learning space for your school, early learning centre, or business. Follow the step-by-step instructions below to get started.

🔹Use Purchase Order

1. Create an invoice

- Add all items to CART. Then complete "Request Invoice" section on CART Page or - Send us an email (orders@thesensoryspecialist.com.au) with a list of items you would like to order 2. Send us a copy of your Purchase Order. We send your items. You have 30 days to complete payment. Please ensure Purchase Order is on an Official letterhead.

🔹Pay Direct

Checkout online and pay using credit card. A tax invoice receipt will then be emailed to your nominated email address.

Do you accept Purchase Orders?

Yes, we accept Purchase Orders. Purchase orders should be emailed through to us at: orders@thesensoryspecialist.com.au. We require Purchase Orders to be on an official school letterhead. Once Purchase Orders are received, we send out the goods. We will send a finalised Invoice, with payment due within 30 days.

Can we request a tax invoice?

Absolutely. A full tax invoice will be issued with every school order. Invoices can also be made on the CART section of the website (once goods have been added to Cart).

Do you offer bulk discounts for schools?

For large bulk orders, we may be able to offer a discounted rate. Feel free to get in touch at orders@thesensoryspecialist.com.au to discuss.
