🔹Self Managed Claims

Purchase before Claiming

1. Add items to Cart 🛒 and checkout.

2. Pay upfront — your invoice will be emailed to you.

3. Upload the invoice to the NDIS portal to claim.

Claim Before Paying

Add items to Cart 🛒 and complete 'Request Invoice' section.

We'll email you an invoice - you upload it to the NDIS portal.

Once approved, return to complete your order.

When lodging a self managed claim, the participant takes full responsibility for the claim.

Add your items to cart 🛒.

Fill out the 'Request Invoice' section on the CART🛒 page.

We’ll email you a tax invoice — forward it to your Plan Manager.

Your Plan Manager pays us directly.

We’ll confirm your order once payment is received.

Create an Invoice:

We will only lodge NDIA Agency claims when directed to do so by the participant, their carer or allied health professional.
Am I eligible to claim with NDIS?

To be eligible to claim, you must be an NDIS participant with funding available in your Consumables budget. Your purchase must align with your plan goals and be considered reasonable and necessary to support your disability.

What can I claim?

Some low cost support items set out in Section 10 of NDIS, such as incontinence bedding & communication aids can be claimed under the Consumables budget. Eligibility depends on your individual plan and goals, and all claims must meet the NDIS criteria of being reasonable and necessary.

How long do claims take?

Depending on how your NDIS plan is managed, most claims are processed within 3–5 business days. Once payment is received, we’ll send you a confirmation email and dispatch your order.

NDIS purchases - important information

Items may be bought with NDIS funds only where they are reasonable and necessary for the participant, support disability-related goals, relate to daily living/safety, and are low-cost/low-risk (generally under $1,500). For guidance, see the NDIS Participant Purchasing Guide (Section 10).

We provide standard tax invoices for NDIS claims. We do not determine NDIS eligibility or provide clinical advice.

Some claims may require documentation from your allied health professional. If you are unsure of your elibility requirements, check with your allied health professional, plan manager or support coordinator for further information.

Please note: we do not hold or ship items until full payment has been received.
