Does your child constantly move in their seat, get up often, or find it hard to sit still? Chair bands provide quiet movement without disrupting learning.

Turn any school chair into a sensory tool. The Foot Fidget Kick Bands give fidgety children a healthy, quiet outlet for restless energy - without disrupting the classroom. Stretch, kick and push against the band with legs, ankles or feet for calming proprioceptive input that helps children focus, regulate and stay seated longer.

Used in thousands of schools across Australia - recommended by occupational therapists for children with ADHD, autism, sensory processing differences and anxiety.

  • Quiet, discreet fidget outlet: won't disturb other students or disrupt learning
  • Supports focus, concentration and sensory regulation while seated
  • Fits around chair or table legs: suitable for classroom, therapy or home
  • 5 colours, each with its own resistance level: from light and bouncy to firm and supportive
  • Portable and easy to move between chairs, desks or rooms
  • Carry bag included
  • Used in thousands of Australian schools
  • NDIS claimable as low-cost assistive technology

Resistance Levels & Colour Guide

Each colour has a different resistance level. Start lighter if your child is younger or smaller — go firmer for older kids or stronger legs.

Yellow — Lightest Resistance

Very bouncy and flexible. Most stretch of all bands — great for younger children or first-time users. Can also fit over most table legs as well as chair legs.

Red — Light Resistance

A step up from yellow with a little more push-back. Still bouncy and flexible — good for children who want gentle but noticeable feedback.

Green — Medium Resistance

The mid-range option — a popular choice for primary school-aged children. Clear proprioceptive feedback without being too stiff.

Blue — High Resistance

Strong, firm resistance with less stretch. Provides solid support and a grounding sensation — ideal for older children, teenagers or stronger users.

Black — Highest Resistance

The firmest and strongest band. Minimal stretch with maximum support — best for users who need the most resistance or find lighter bands don't provide enough input.
