The Sensory Specialist is an NDIS-registered provider (Reg. 4-JWHBZTC). We support self-managed, plan-managed and NDIA-managed participants.
Care Instructions
- Open the child-safe zipper using a paperclip to remove the cover
- Machine wash cover on a gentle, cool cycle with mild detergent
- Line dry only - do not tumble dry
- Do not machine wash the memory foam inner — spot clean only if needed
- Allow the chair to fully expand for 24–48 hours after first unboxing before use
