The maximum weight for a single user on the product should not exceed 80kg. No more than 4 people should use it at the same time, and the combined weight of all users should not be over 320kg. This product can support a total static weight of up to 750 kg.

Can I use my NDIS funds to purchase?
Not only is swinging and climbing great for fun and physical activity, but there are many other benefits too.
Swinging and climbing develops gross motor skills and allows a child to neutralize the disruptions that are caused by their vestibular system, which is especially important for children with autism. The smooth, back-and-forth motion can be soothing and calming to a child, which is why you will often see swings utilized in classroom or therapy settings.
Check with your therapy support team to see if you can use your NDIS funds to purchase your Quest.

If you require a Vuly team member to install your swingset for you, this can be arranged directly through Vuly by contacting the Vuly customer service line at: 1800 621 336.
Please note an extra fee will be incurred for installation and is to be paid directly to Vuly Play.
How long will my Vuly product take to be delivered?
A product is usually shipped from our warehouse withing 3 business days following your order, provided that it's in stock.
