Hearing Aid Pilot Cap | Hat for deaf/ HoH babies

Choose size by head circumference measurement rather than age for the best fit. Every child's head size and shape is different, so measuring is the most reliable guide.

• Medium: approximately 42 - 46cm head circumference
• Large: approximately 44 - 48cm head circumference
• Extra Large: approximately 48 - 53cm head circumference

How to measure: Use a soft tape measure and wrap it around the widest part of your child's head, just above the ears and across the forehead. Note the measurement in centimetres and match to the size guide above.

If you have tried the cap on your child and it is not the right fit, we accept returns on Pilot Cap hats for a size exchange or refund.

To be eligible for a return, the hat must:

• Have its original tags attached
• Be in perfect, original and unused condition

To get started, complete the returns form below. It is the customer's responsibility to send the hat back to The Sensory Specialist. Once we receive it and have reviewed its condition for quality purposes, we will contact you with the next step.

The Hearing Aid Pilot Cap is designed for babies and toddlers who wear hearing aids or cochlear implants and may pull at or dislodge their devices. It may be helpful for:

• Closure: 3 snap closures on chin strap to allow for size adjustment

Care: Hand wash only. Do not tumble dry. Lay flat to dry to maintain shape and elasticity.

This cap is designed to be worn under adult supervision at all times.

• Do not allow your child to chew or suck on the chin strap
• Check the fit regularly as your child grows
• Remove the cap during sleep unless otherwise advised by a healthcare professional
