Designed for those who may need extra support
Ideal for elderly users, people living with dementia, and individuals with a disability who may be at risk of wandering, falling, or needing urgent support while away from family or carers.
Help at the press of a button
In an emergency, pressing the SOS button for 3 seconds activates the contact sequence. The watch sends a text and then calls up to three predefined emergency contacts until someone responds. Help messages can include a Google Maps location link, helping loved ones find the wearer faster.
The device also supports two-way communication, so the wearer can speak directly with family, carers, or support people through the built-in microphone and speaker.
Smart fall detection for faster response
Falls can be serious, especially for older people. MedAlert includes an intelligent fall alert system that can detect falls and notify the primary emergency contact. This feature can also be fine-tuned to help reduce false alerts.
GPS tracking & safe zone alerts
Live location tracking lets carers see exactly where the wearer is through the connected mobile app. You can also set safe zones (geofencing) and receive alerts if the wearer leaves a designated area — helpful for people who may wander or become disoriented.
Set safe zones with geofencing
Create virtual boundaries and receive alerts if the wearer leaves a designated area. This added layer of protection is especially valuable for users who may wander from home, aged care, respite, school, day programs or community settings.
Medication and heart rate alerts
Support daily wellbeing with built-in medication reminders, including custom voice prompts to encourage medications to be taken on time. The watch also features a heart rate monitor, allowing readings on demand and alerting predefined contacts if heart rate thresholds are exceeded.
Built for everyday wear
Unlike bulky emergency pendants, this device is worn as a watch with a stylish, adjustable wristband. It is discreet, practical, and easy to keep on throughout the day, making it more likely to stay with the wearer when they need it most.
Fast charging and long battery life
Enjoy up to 100 hours battery life, depending on use. When needed, the device offers rapid recharge, with a quick 30–60 minute charge providing up to a full day of use.
Australia-wide connectivity
MedAlert uses the Telstra 4GX mobile network, offering wide coverage across populated regions of Australia, helping wearers stay connected whether they are at home or out in the community.
